There will be a tish of paperwork with a whole lot of getting to know each other. My goal as your counselor is to understand what brought you to counseling, identify your goals, and work together to create a plan that supports you in finding your sense of mysa.

Payment is accepted via cash, credit/debit card, and HSA/FSA at the time of your appointment.

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours notice: $75 late cancellation fee. No-shows: full session fee applies.

Note: Insurance does not cover missed session fees. Clients are responsible for the full amount out-of-pocket.

I offer in-person therapy in Brainerd, MN and Fargo, ND.

For clients outside those areas, I’m licensed in both Minnesota and North Dakota, so we can meet via Telehealth from anywhere in either state.
